Refund:
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
The standard refund procedure from our bank to yours takes 14 days but still dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it’s more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
